The AOP Project
Designed and implemented a two-tiered data analytics pipeline in Python and R to enable accuracy and efficiency in regulatory and business decision-making.
Yoyaku
Developed a Flask-based annotation platform that extracts keywords from institutional documents using Large Language Models with multilingual support to accelerate information retrieval.
Minidashboard
Created a Tableau mini-dashboard to display and search data (by distinct identifier) from multiple data boards. The dashboard display its categorization when hovering.
GSEA comparison
Built a reproducible computational framework to compare data analysis results from three distinct statistical techniques from Python and R to enhance reproducibility and transparency.
Web application
Developed an interactive web application with JavaScript for visualization of knowledge graphs which enables exploratory analysis and hypothesis generation.
